We celebrated the Spring Festival with foreign trainees

We celebrated the Spring Festival with foreign trainees.
Our company accept 78 foreign skill trainees from China, Vietnam and Indonesia.
In daisan, we plan various events every year
to celebrate their mother country New Year day together during the training period.
I introduce these events that we performed in each area below.

■Metropolitan west area

[Contents] Tokyo, Asakusa sightseeing / Dinner party (Barbecue)

The trainees made me to have a happy time.
Without the trainees, the growth of the metropolitan area cannot be expected.
I am anticipating to their future activities.

■Metropolitan east area

[Contents] Ueno Zoo sightseeing / Dinner party (Chinese food)

Across nationality, it was the good opportunity
when it could deepen the friendship between a trainee and the staff.
We will continue to consider that the trainees could spend being enriched.

■Keiji Toukai area

The trainees in Keiji Toukai area are regularly very close to young staff,
so they had a great conversation in the dinner party.
We will continue to plan an event like this
to make their training becomes a good memory in Japan.

I think that it was a good opportunity to feel each other closely
by sharing meals and spend happy times in private.
I think this event was realized by the cooperation of all members.
The Chugoku area staff will do their best vigorously
by treating their colleagues kindly.
